Unoccupied house or apartment…
First time cleaning, $60 per hour. Here is what’s included in the first time cleaning, thorough cleaning of:
Kitchen;
Stove, oven, refrigerator inside and outside, microwave, toaster, cabinets inside and outside, fan above stove, glass windows (inside only), glass doors (inside only), vaccum and mop floors, and baseboards.
Bathrooms;
Bathtubs, wash showers, cabinets inside and outside, windows (inside only), lamps, vaccum, mop floors, and baseboards,
Bedrooms and rooms;
Windows (inside only), vacuum and mop floors, and clean baseboard.
For all other occupied houses and apartment the cleaning of inside cabinets, inside closets, inside refrigerator, are not included in the price.
P.S: For unoccupied apartment and houses all cleaning materials, products and supplies needed to do cleaning are provided by Our company.
